I requested 2 guys to help unload a 6x12 trailer. The weather was poor, but they showed up & got the job done quick, efficient & friendly. They respected my items, and got the job done with an hour to spare which really helped me get my place unloaded. If highly recommend this company.

We were in Texas for a quick trip to empty our storage unit. We had scheduled them to show between 1pm and 2pm but they did not show until around 3pm because their previous job went over. By the time they showed up my husband had already loaded half the truck so it only took them an hour to load the rest. The person from the moving company that was in contact with my husband by text told him they would refund us $80 for the extra hour they were not there but we never received it the refund and now he won't respond to the text.

The guys did a great job unloading/ emptying out the whole Large PODS but they were 2 hours late. Besides that they were hardworking and great and completed in 2 hours I estimated. Suggestion for company is to keep customer aware of delays rather than having to call and inquire.
