the 2 guys who showed up did a fantastic job. I have no complaints with them however they were not informed I had a 500 pound organ that had to go up 6 stairs to get into the house.I had to pay extra because there were supposed to be 4 guys here.
I hope the company gives them the extra money I was charged, its not a good business practice to charge extra and not provide the service. They did the job they should get the extra pay or you can credit my account for the extra I was charged.

Lots of problems, the worst of which was damage to our new Samsung refrigerator. Huge gouges in door, some sensors are malfunctioning, and they wouldn't use the pads, because they couldn't fit it through the door. They removed house doors, but dented & scratched paint off on the door latches. I can't get anything done without the RECEIPTS for the furniture pads, which they did use on the truck, but not through the door... they admitted what they did & said they were licensed & bonded & file a claim, it would be taken care of.
I went to get several more pads/blankets
from Northern Tool while the movers were there, but we moved 4 states away, and I have no idea where receipt is. I sent a picture of a stack of pads/ moving blankets, but apparently this won't do. No one has responded.
They also wanted $100 extra in cash on the spot, to move the UNASSEMBLED pool table, which was all on a special rolling cart & halfway to the truck when they wanted the money, which was quoted in writing, as was the fridge, no extra charge.... my recommendation:: hire friends, if they're willing, have a party, have fun, save a headache... pros aren't always the way to go...

Absolutely would recommend Movers R Us. The guys that showed up were trustworthy, strong, hard working, and fast. They didn't stop to take a break and were careful with all of our stuff. They stayed an extra hour because we had a HUGE truck full of lots of heavy things. Their prices were fair and competitive. I used Hire a Helper to find them, but plan on going directly to Movers R Us the next time we need help.

My table and chair set was found to have been damaged when it was removed from the POD that they loaded. Several other furniture items as well as the refrigerator had scratches on them as well that were there before.

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your move.

All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
