Their Work ethic. They did not know how to use the belts properly when lifting furniture. Took a lot of breaks.They were not strong Enough to carry some of the furniture. Had to do much of it myself. You could tell they were not professional movers. I do not feel I got the value for my money. I would not recommend them.

They were OUTSTANDING! They pack TWO large PODS containers in a little less than 4 hours. Super courteous and hard working. They arrived within the arrival window quoted. They got right to work once they arrived. The best money I have ever spent on a mover!!!!!
