The two guys arrived late and we all felt they were higher than a kite. They took continius breaks...long breaks at that. I wouldn't say they were not repectful but you could talk they were in something. Also, when asked what time they got to my residence they replied 15 minutes earlier than they really arrived. Because of that I mistakenly gave them a larger tip than I wanted. They did work hard but again being on something and continuously taking breaks was not professional at all. I would not use them again nor would I recommend this service. I chose this company because of their rating. When the company called and I told them about the additional time they said they could not do anything because it was a different company that did the billing/payment. Will be much more careful next time. Live and learn is my moto.

These guys were great. They even brought they're own equipment(straps and dolly). I've used this service before and other companies just send random workers, this team knew and worked together often so they had a system and plan before they even arrived. Got all my furniture into the truck and unloaded it in 2 hours. Thank you.
