They didn't stack the stuff in storage kind of put stuff anywhere. I had to guide them, one guys phone keep ringing. I wasn't happy at all.

Honestly don't think it was worth the money. My only request after 3 phone calls with company was for them to be early - I was aware there is 1 hour window, and they showed up 6.45 even though explicitly asked for as early as possible. I had had to leave at 8.30 latest so paid for 2 hour service and used helpers from 6.45 till 8.00 am. Even though j was told they put bed frames etc together, they didn't bring tools. All got moved in but ended up with cabinet leg broken off, scratched hallway wall. Was feeling sorry for one of the movers as he said few times how old he was (61 yrs). As I said, don't think was worth $290 I paid, in future I'd probably buy a groupon for 1/3 of price and get same service.

Hard workers. Steven was a little clumsy with the furniture and had to take several breaks but Desmond worked through. They got me packed but need the leadership of my daughter to tell them which items needed to go in order. They were very strong.

They were on time. One of the guys also helped me on a previous move. They worked hard, was very respectful, and did a great job. I would use them again

The guys were very nice and got the job done, however they sweat all over my stuff so we didn't have them move the clothing in.. They stopped and sat down at my table and took beaks.. And one of them was either milking a hangover or was an early drinker and he def smelt like alcohol.. Little odd but they were nice, timely and got the job done which is really all that matters.

Sent 2 completely inexperienced (or non-caring) people. Not respectful of my property at all. I provided wraps for furniture and asked it be wrapped, they waited til they got to the truck with the first piece to wrap it, but by then it was banged up. Then when they started wrapping, they wrapped half and left half exposed (doesn't do much good). That happened to several pieces of furniture. They busted a leg off my dresser. They couldn't get my couch up the stairs at the new place (said it won't fit). But they scuffed the heck out of it trying. Turns out, all of my neighbors with an identical floorplan have full length couches just like mine. The dropped, drug, banged my furniture. I asked several times for them to be careful, and the methods went unchanged. They were on time. They were technically prepared because I provided wraps, tape, an appliance dolly, in their defense they came with a normal hand truck and 2 furniture dollies. They did work hard, but were very slow. I would definitely not use this company again for hired help, spent some extra money and use a national carrier's helpers.

Completed job very quickly. Did a good job. Only thing is they should have some rope and packing material easily accessible that they can charge for if needed.
