Was told they would be on site at 10 am they never called to say they would be late and did not show up until 2 pm. They where at site gate for about 15 minutes but had been given the wrong phone number to contact me on arrival. One of the fellows had to leave after about a half hour to go to the bank before they closed leaving one guy who spent as much time on the phone as helping and then had to go to the office to use the restroom was gone for 20 minutes. I told them that I had to leave not later than 3:15 do to the fact that I had another appointment and could only utilize the service for one hour. I told them they would have to return tomorrow for their other hour. They called there boss whom I spoke with and told him the situation. He wanted me to release payment but I had no guaranty they would return to finish job so the boss agreed to hold payment until they finished. The next day the boss called me said he was having trouble getting the guys back so he came to site himself and assisted with the large bulky items as I needed. He wanted me to release payment but I explained that I had not received the 4 man hours of help I was told I would get. After working out the shortage of man hours he refunded me the agreed amount in cash and I released the funds. A simple phone call would have altered this review. Need to have lead notify customers of delays so rescheduling or cancellation can be done. I can not recommend your service to anyone.

One of the guys cared more about smoking his cigarettes the other one was putting my furniture in upside down or with the headboard facing the wall on the front part in stead of the back part they were on time but not respectful of my belongings and slow would I use tj again no I will use hire a helper again though just not g, t.j.d.
