The guys were great-once they finally showed up. Nearly 2 hours late... with no phone call... and no answer on their number. Being 2 hours late is one thing, but not receiving a phone call really blows my mind. However, again, the guys that showed up were great and worked their tails off, it's the owner/scheduler of the company that didn't follow through. HireAHelper was also at a "team meeting" for over an hour during this, so I felt completely helpless. They also only gave me a 5% discount, which saved me about $8, hardly worth it for the loss of time that was incurred. At the end of the day, I'll only go directly through a carrier who I've personally talked to and can trust their credibility.

These guys were workhorses. They arrived on time and never let up for four hours. They moved an eliptical machine down a stairs with two turns. I was shocked at how they did this. They were pleasant, fun, respectful and worked at a fast pace. I'd hire them for my next move. I highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with our movers. We had three guys for 2 hours and they didn't stop for a minute - unpacked a 22' truck into a 3 story townhouse! They were totally prepared for the job and was most respectful and careful of all our property. We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to our family and friends.

The guys did another GREAT job! I was delighted when they loaded the truck and thought it didn't get much better than that. When they unloaded the truck it DID get better! They not only unloaded unbelievably fast but we're VERY careful to avoid damage to both furniture and house but they made sure things were placed where we wanted them. They made it clear that they wanted to place things where WE wanted them and not what was easy for them. I will never move again without contacting these guys first - it's a no brainer.

Dependable movers was awesome. They communicate exceptionally well. Rob and Nick were on time and READY TO WORK. They were neat, respectful, took great care to insure no damage and were out within the time allowed. We were sorry to see them go! We are going to use Dependable for our unload and without question for any other moving needs we have in the future.

Employees arrived at 8:30 AM and worked hard. However, found they had a lack of proper equipment and moving knowledge. Also, employees had very bad body odor upon showing up and prior to doing any work.
I paid for 8 hours of work and the movers were done in apx. 4 hours.
We would NOT use this company in the future.
