Great!!! Was able to get them the same day I requested them. A little pricey to just move a couch, but understandable they charge a minimum fee to show up. Would definitely use again. Workers were very polite and fast.

I had to change my moving date at the last minute, and EW came through with 2 hard working gentlemen within an hour! My wife and I were so pleased with their politeness and incredible work ethic. They also were very careful with our expensive furniture and didn't ding a single wall (but I did...)This is now the 2nd time using EW and I highly recommend them.

The crew was 30 minutes late when I text the owner to get their ETA. The text I received back was "yeah" so I clarified estimated time of arrival, he let me know he was checking with the crew and would let me know. 35 minutes go by and no response. I text again asking for an update. He text me back "can someone give the customer a call, she's annoying the s*** out of me." I politely text him back to let him know I am the customer and I didn't think asking for two updates in a hour with no response was an issue. After calling hireahelper and reporting this, he text me apologizing that I got the text as it was meant for his crew not me. I personally don't feel like that's an apology just and I'm sorry I got caught. Do not use this company, customer service is not a priority and neither is being on time.

The owner sucks, he is a liar and does hold to verbal agreements , I requested 4 workers and he sent me three. They were supposed to be there between 9 and 10 am and they got there at 11:10. He promised me an extra hour for free because he only sent three workers and when the fourth hour came around he decided to tell his guys to leave. Yes he did call in and change the verbal agreement without my consent and yes I did get a $95 reimbursement yet it's about principle and he does not know how to spell principal nor honesty. My recommendation is to stay away from his company. They came to the job without a dolly, nothing to lift with, no tools nothing.

The four worker that was sent to move our office furniture and items were great. They worked efficiently with one another and did not waste time. They started working with in minutes of arrival. We booked them for four hours and they completed the job about 15 minutes early. I would definitely recommend them.

The crew showed up in the scheduled window and did an incredible job of packing our POD very densely while moving some very heavy large furniture. They took good care of our expensive items too. Lastly, they worked so quickly, I didn't need to use the extra hour I scheduled just in case. Thanks Kevin & crew!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect a call to let you know that we're headed to your location. When we arrive we will do a walk-through to assess the location. If there are no questions from neither party then we'll get right to work for you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best thing you can do on moving day is make sure everything is packed and ready to go. If you are unsure or concerned about something don't hesitate to give us a call.

My favorite part about being a mover is seeing a smile on the customer's face knowing that their belongings are safe and that they can rest on moving day.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
