The workers were a 4.0/5.0, only because they began packing items that didn’t need to be moved, after specifically setting all of the items in the garage away from the other items. Now, I will either have to do without some of my clothing and work items (at least for two months until they are received at the other end), or I have to dig it out of one of the two shipping containers! Also, the 3.0 rating is due to the fact that the moving company didn’t contact us until late at night the night before.. Additionally, even if we had wanted another hour, the workers were already set to go to another job (and apparently were late?), indicating the company overlapped the workers and didn’t even allow for sufficient time for us to continue if necessary (we tried, but no success).

They were very very fast! We moved from a 1 bedroom on the third floor to a 2 bedroom on the third floor of another building in our complex. They had all of our furniture out in 30 minutes and unloaded in the other apartment in an hour. They were finished with the “big stuff” much quicker than we expected and were able to grab all of our boxes we had expected to carry over ourselves. They were delayed due to another job but that is to be expected. They only nicked one corner of a tv stand but for moving us on the coldest day of the year, I’ll take that as a victory! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and already have.

I had the pleasure of having Phil, Charlie, and Kevin be my movers. All three were extremely professional and efficient. My stuff was moved and packed in an hour, which is very impressive considering they had to disassemble my King size solid wood bed set and pack another king size bed that was still in boxes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, efficient movers.

I would highly recommend E.W. Movers! They are extremely professional. They were on time and worked very hard. Also, they were very prepared for the job by bringing some of their own equipment to make the move faster while being respectful of our belongings. I would most definitely use them again!!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect a call to let you know that we're headed to your location. When we arrive we will do a walk-through to assess the location. If there are no questions from neither party then we'll get right to work for you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best thing you can do on moving day is make sure everything is packed and ready to go. If you are unsure or concerned about something don't hesitate to give us a call.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
