We moved on Thurs. and had a sleeper sofa delivered by Macy's late Friday afternoon July 23, and they couldn't get it around the narrow corner of our second floor old twin home. We have out-of-town company coming to stay for four nights starting Tues., and really needed to get that thing up there for what will be our guest room, and to have it out of the way of the middle of our living room so we could start unpacking that room as well. We weren't at all sure that close to 5PM on a hot, humid summer Fri., we'd find anyone to to the job on Sat. The first co. that accepted it, rejected it a half hour later.
Victoria took it, and called to find out more about what we needed done, what type of sleeper it was, etc. She did her homework and went online and found instructions as to how to take the thing apart as much as needed. She came in the morning with two guys - called at 10 (when the job was scheduled) to say it would be 10:30 instead, and it turned out to be 10:45, so timeliness might not be their strength but it was fine for us, we were just home unpacking anyway. They worked hard and got the job done in an hour and a quarter. They walked thru too to make sure they got everything, and took all the packaging out to our garbage. Victoria walked thru as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My son got to Philadelphia with a 12 foot rental truck and no one to help unload the contents, up three flights to his new appartment. The team arrived within one hour, and finished unloading the truck in under two hours. Professional, courteous and quick. Just what we needed.

Hired two people 6/25 for two hours to help me move heavy furniture. Needed to be out of house (settlement walk-through) at 11:00. Needed movers to be there at 8:00. Four people (Alan Sr, Alan Jr, Jeremy, and Nick) showed up at 7:55 and hustled entire time. Finished job at 10:15 - and did not charge me for extra guys or extra time. They did "gouge" one wall. Alan Sr spackled and painted - could not tell they scraped the wall. A+ effort. Fantastic job in time-sensitive situation.
Hired three helpers for five hours 6/26 to unload furniture packed 6/25, plus load/unload two 10' x 15' storage units. Hired to start at 8:00. Received call at 7:00 they were running late. Three workers, plus Victoria (owner) showed up at 9:30. One guy was sick and was useless for 2+ hrs (hangover from night before). Another guy seemed lazy. Unloading truck which I thought would take 1 to 1.5 hrs took nearly 2.5. I had expressed my concern to Victoria and she assured me her guys would get the job done for the price I had been quoted. Once we got to the storage unit, the sick guy was feeling better and the other guy was worker harder. We loaded up 26' truck, returned to house, and emptied it. Guys continued to work hard to unload truck so I could return truck by 5:30 deadline. Unloading the truck in the morning I would rate "D". Loading and unloading from storage unit I would rate "A-". Considering Victoria did not charge me for extra time (I probably had 6.5 hrs of work) I would give overall rating of "A-". I appreciated Victoria recognizing her team's less than stellar start and taking responsibility for the job's completion. I would recommend them to others.

Victoria got back to me right away and was clear and helpful on the phone. The movers were on time, and they did a great job. They had their own hand trucks, and they skillfully packed my POD so that everything fit and nothing was damaged when it arrived at my new address. My experience was positive, and I would recommend this service to others.

Helpers came at the exact address right on time. Extremely friendly.
They actually decided to change the job to include something MUCH harder. This involved taking my item up stairs instead of only off the van. They did more then I asked!!! This saved me a lot of work!!!
Nothing was damaged, everything was done quickly and curtiously.
I am going to use this service again.
