These workers were pleasant, energetic and competent,unloading our truck carefully and quickly. I would use them again. But they did keep us waiting for 80 minutes after our truck was 30 minutes late arriving. By then my daughter and I had carried a a lot of the little stuff inside, so the unload took only 45 minutes of our two hours. I had warned the scheduler that this was an interstate move and hard to predict exactly when truck would arrive, but once it did arrive we were blocking a travel lane of a city street. Need to be clearer about how minor schedule glitches will be handled.
