Was on time and followed up the day before move. I don't feel the packing was done properly because once it reached the destination many items were broke or damaged. If you are seeking reliable movers, but willing to assist them in packing your stuff then you will be okay.

I definitely recommend True Movers! Extremely likable guys, but they are they are definitely there to work, and work fast! Colton, Chris and Larry are the three that came to unload 2 16ft containers having to go upstairs, downstairs and back yard. They did not put one ding, or mark on any wall and took care to note as they were unpacking anything that appeared to be broken or in disrepair. This is good for two reasons, first I now know that a couple of items have loose parts that need to be fixed, second it let me know that they didn't cause it.
