I was very satisfied with Washington Moving Services. The helpers arrived on time as promised and worked hard loading our furniture onto the truck. They were friendly and efficient.

Our move was complicated because of our pod having issues, but the crew was so flexible and helpful. On the day when we finally got our stuff moving, the guys got everything set up within the time frame and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend.
They were on time and really took the time to think through the process before loading the truck. The truck (uhaul 10 footer) did not have a ramp and they just took on the task very professionally. The communication was prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
The guys were great and the communication was great up until the point that two weeks later all of a sudden I was getting charged double and it is not taken care of as of yet. No calls back , no emails back! No way would I recommend this company when they took almost three hundred dollars I didn't have two weeks after the job was done. Not good business as far as I'm concerned.
My two helpers were great. They showed up when expected, went right to work, and got the job done within the 3 hour window I paid for. They were courteous and conscientious about making sure I was happy with how the job was being performed. Yes, I would go through Hire A Helper again.

The guys who came to help were great. They were friendly, professional and hard working. Because they had to use an elevator their progress was slowed down (as they saw it). Instead of milking the extra time they did nothing but apologize and work harder. This was the first time I had ever hired some extra help for moving and I would not hesitate to do it again through this company.

They were great from arriving when they said and staying until everything was loaded into the trailer. They also took the time to disassemble a piece of furniture that was very large and bulky. They made sure we took pictures of it assembled so we can reassemble it when we get to our new home. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you again for the awesome job you both did!!
