Let me preface by saying first I'm an engineer and project manager, so I may have a different approach to small projects like this. I don't want to appear ungrateful, as Precious Cargo stepped up to move my items out of PODS and into my basement and garage on a day's notice when the OTHER movers were a no-show. These guys really tried. But unfortunately they arrived without proper equipment (no dollies and no tools, even though my original order stated the need for those items and movers should have them regardless), which resulted in misuse of my new furniture dollies. They drug the furniture dollies (intended for use in the house and garage) through the gravel and mud, pitting and ruining the wheels and embedding debris in them. The duvet that was covering my air hockey table also was drug through the mud, and I'm still trying to get the stain out. I did run to Lowes and buy 2 regular dollies for them to use as soon as they said they didn't have any, but in the hour I was gone the damage was done.
Also, I had to remind them to not lean or rest on my Mercedes sports car. That should have gone without saying.
But they DID get the items moved out of 2 PODS when the other company failed to show, so I appreciate that. I think better prep and some basic customer etiquette would make this a fantastic company. Easy fixes that I anticipate they'll make. ?

They worked their tail off for us. Very hard working on time in fact they were early stayed a little late they were completely worth every single penny. You actually need to hire these people if you’re going to move because no one’s going to take care of you better than they will Super sweet family love them can’t say enough good about them.

The team was amazing. They showed up early (when has that ever happened?!) and we're incredibly efficient. Everything flowed almost magically from one apartment into my truck and then out of the truck into the new apartment. I truly appreciate the Precious Cargo team I met today and will be recommending them to everyone I know and using again when I move next. Thank you for an amazing job moving all my furniture without any damage and quick bedframe assembly. Precious Cargo was the best experience I've ever had with a moving company.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
