Poor communication from them regarding confirming appointment. When they didn't arrive between 8 -9 AM as scheduled, I had to call them. They arrived late which totally derailed my plans for travelling that day causing me to be late for the unpacking movers. Also I prefer not to be able to smell your recreational habits on the job.
On the positive side, nothing was broken, the truck was packed safely for driving.
