Excellent work! Not gonna lie, my stress on the day did not help the situation but these guys were very friendly and communicated with me throughout the day. They helped moved all my items from U-haul in a flash. I had another car with more items coming. The movers came back to help me move the last few items in. Lifesavers!

You can’t always count on friends or family moving availability. You can however count on Vicky Lou’s! The two moving specialists timely loaded and took special care of glass cabinets. Everything strategically packed for transportation. The guys never stopped from arrival to final unload. Working h every penny.

They did a good job once they arrived, but their was a scheduling mix up between them and Hire-a-helper (I presume) that resulted in Vicky-Lu's movers going to another job first (which I ok'ed) but then showing up to my site 5 hours late, which I wasn't happy with. If scheduling problems had occurred in the past, as I was told, with 3rd party bookings, it seems it would/should be a best practice to call your appointments the day before to verify the times and not get surprised the day of with arrival times that don't match with watch the customer booked, but that didn't happen.

They were on time, professional and were very efficient. They were respectful and very careful with moving the items from our storage unit to our home. We would definitely book with them again!

I really am not sure how many stars to give. The movers that showed up themselves were very good and worked efficiently and fast. The problem was they were 2.5 hours late. We booked them to arrive between 7-8AM. A few days before the move I hadn’t heard from them about the move and I called. I talked to the manager and asked if they could arrive closer to 8AM. He said no problem he would put us for between 8-9AM. The morning of the move and 9AM rolls around and no one is there. My husband calls the guy and was being told that if they go over the time we would need to send them the extra money via cash app. They weren’t even there at that point to even see the job (which was to just move some furniture from one home to the next. Not all the boxes etc). Supposedly they were on their way at that point. It was almost 10:30 before they arrived! Like I said things went fine once they were there and the workers themselves were great and I’d definitely recommend the workers themselves just not the manager. At the end of the day they went over by 20 minutes and since we refused to pay via cash app (the hire a helper page says to always pay through them) they were trying to ask us for extra money. So I have mixed feelings about this company.

The most rewarding aspect of being a mover is the time spent with families during their transition to new lives. Observing their expressions as we meticulously move their belongings to their envisioned new destination is truly gratifying.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew undergoes a series of training tutorials, including a Q&A session, before they receive hands-on training and are placed with a move mentor in the field.
