John was great! I asked him to come at 2 and he was here at 2 on the dot. He had the furniture cart as advertised and he jumped right in and got started. He didn't waste a minute. When my couch didn't fit in the elevator he hauled it up 6 flights of stairs without hesitation. He was super nice and polite. Couldn't have been better.

Just John was very good: two guys (father and son) came as planned and not only moved the carpet into place in the room, as I had originally asked, but also helped move the furniture back onto the newly placed carpet. They were pleasant and helpful and it all worked out very well. I am a pleased customer and wouldn't hesitate to book them again in the future.

John and his helper were wonderful!!! I had a difficult move up to Arlington due to movers on the other end not showing up, and hitting traffic and arriving later than expected. I was so glad and relieved when I arrived to Arlington to have someone as hardworking and professional as John. He worked hard the entire time, in 100 degree heat, and moved my stuff in really efficiently. He also offered to help assemble anything I needed. I will use John again when I have to move next and highly recommend him to others.

John and his assistant did a good job, although I think they got off to a slow start. I would have liked a bit more of a take charge attitude, as it would have inspired more confidence. All in all though, the truck was well packed and he made sure the job was done to our satisfaction which I appreciated. All in all, we were satisfied with the service we received for the money.
