First and foremost they were two very hard working men. They arrived on time and got everything done that needed to be done. That part was fantastic. Derek even called to check up on the progress and service that they provided. My only feedback is that they arrived in an unbranded rather "well loved" pick-up truck. I had no idea who they were. No branding/ID on t-shirts or anything. This was my only recommendation for improvement.

We hired Hometown Movers to unload our household goods from a moving truck. Steven was in contact with me on moving day to verify his arrival time. Although he and his helpers were a half hour late he did advise me that this would be the case and it was fine. He was prepared - he had obviously read our description of what they were to move. They worked hard and were respectful of our property, placing it where we wanted it to go and helping to put together some items. Steven and crew were were very pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely use Hometowne Movers again!

Hometowne Movers were fantastically helpful during our move. Due to some surprises and emergencies which cropped up while leaving Buffalo, we ended up having to reschedule our arrival date three(!) separate times, but Hometowne happily worked with us to provide movers in Nashville. We were forced to play things by ear on our end, but they showed up less than an hour after we called them to let them know that we were finally here!
Derek, the owner, and Stephen were extremely professional and unloaded our 26’ truck with great efficiency. Our belongings took longer to unload than we’d anticipated, but they stayed until the job was done and billed us very fairly for their time. We highly recommend Hometowne Movers, and will definitely use them again for any future moves.
