Derek and his team were amazing. They were incredibly fast but careful, and they treated our home and belongings with respect. Derek's morning job was running longer than expected so he called me ahead of my appointment so that my husband and I were able to run errands rather than sit around waiting, which we greatly appreciated. We hired Hometowne Movers to unload our already-packed items into our new house. We told them they could bring everything straight into the den in no particular order. But they went out of their way to keep everything organized and kept wide walking paths between everything so that we can still make our way through and find what we need. Two things that really impressed us: 1) Some bolts rattled off a piece of furniture in transit, and they alerted us to it and took it upon themselves to track them down for us among our stuff. 2) One of our items was a huge, heavy, cumbersome piece. I expected to see some distress, but they were up for the challenge with smiles on their faces. They unloaded in just 3 hours what took us 10 hours to load. I highly recommend Hometowne Movers.

Homerown Movers went above and beyond for me. All I needed was my Pod unloaded into the garage but they organized the boxes as they unloaded. I was mot expecting that. They also brought more into the house than i expected. They were very professional and courteous. They also worked very fast. Derek and crew were the best!

They were attentive, good at what they do, moved quickly as though they had purpose (some movers I've hired have only one gear....SLOW). But the 3 guys you sent in from Clarksville were absolutely great. It was the first time I not only didn't regret spending the money, but actually felt like it was the best money i've ever spent!! Needless to say my response to the adjacent questions are yes, but it's a really big YES on using them again.

Everyone was great most of all they took pride in their work with heavy pieces going up tricky stairs they lifted this 1200 lb piece over the obstacles which in it own self was a truly feat we had never seen 3 guys work so hard politely asking wife where do you want this if it was upstairs or down they had the same enthusiasm ! My wife and I said the best money we ever spent for sure if anyone is taken back at the hourly fee charged they should know for sure they will get every pennies worth I am a cheerleader for these guys what a deal this was!!!! First I will say, my two movers were nice and polite. However, they were 1 hour and 15 minutes late. I was moving to another city approximately 3 hours away and had people waiting there to unload my truck, which messed up my arrival time there due to the tardiness of my movers. My movers were young and did not appear to have much experience, especially in packing. My boyfriend and I had to basically tell them how to pack our truck. I thought my sofa was a goner, to be honest. I'm not sure I would use this company again.
