On the Fly Moving Guys is a five star company! This was my second experience with them as we moved our furniture into a Pod . Troy and Tereek showed up on time, ready to be helpful, explained their process and procedures, were polite and personable, and filled the Pod expertly. I will call them back for round two as we close on our house and move to our next landing spot.

They were very professional, polite, they asked what I needed before they left, also if I needed anything else. I would recommend them to 100 people and I would ask them to come back again.

The service received was mediocre at best. The movers appeared to be rather inexperienced and didn't have a "plan" or "suggestions" on what to do, but rather were more so going through the motions. When I called in advance because there was potential weather concerns, I was told the movers would have runners available to go through all of their pathways in order to ensure no dirt was tracked into my home or on the brand new carpet; however, they had 3 small runners, one for the entryway, one for the stairs and one that went partially into one of the bedrooms - this was rather disappointing. The movers also dropped a mini-fridge off of their hand truck into our car - it didn't wind up causing damage, but again, the inexperience was evident.
I was also rather annoyed to receive the company's "waiver" which they requested to be signed prior to starting and once completed attempting to remove all liability from themselves well in excess of what I would have expected. There was also something that said if they found a roach (even just one) they would stop immediately and charge me $500. This is an egregious form and I would recommend no one sign it as it's written - I had to cross out sections and add other language to be comfortable signing.
All that said, they did arrive on time and they got everything done on time. The movers were strong enough to move what needed to be moved and while they didn't listen to direction well, e.g. put "x" in "y" room, they did get it all unloaded.

Efficient.
I hired them to load a storage container, and they knew exactly how to make the most of the space. They were patient and meticulous, but they did not waste time. The used the old blankets I had on hand along with plastic wrap they brought to carefully protect furniture. I have nothing negative to say and no constructive criticism. I plan to use this company again for the second part of my move.

We always recommend that all of your packing is done before your move date. We also suggest making sure there is plenty of walk room in every room of the home.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled big moves, small moves, and everything in between. From 900 lb gun safes to old school pin ball machines.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being in a new environment with new people everyday. There's nothing like the feeling you get when you're customers are completely satisfied and at ease with such a crucial point in their lives.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We take a hands on method with training our team members. They are put on jobs as a free extra set of hands and shown all of the little and so important details of moving.
