First of all they were 30 minutes early, which is usually a good thing, but I chose the time I chose because I was still packing and getting things ready. Second, one of the helpers asked me for a cigarette at least 3 times, then asked to use my Apple charger for his phone and then they were both playing and talking on their phones the entire time they were there. Third, they didn't load the truck right, so things majorly shifted while it was being moved and they didn't wrap a lot of the furniture at all and I have gouges and rub marks on quite a few pieces of my wooden furniture. Additionally, I had sets of plastic drawers and they put them in there in such a way that when things shifted as I mentioned earlier, it broke the plastic drawers. It's as if they knew I didn't have the insurance because it was a same day request, so they just didn't care. But that's no excuse and I
will never, ever use that company again.

I was expecting 2 men and 3 showed up. They were very respectful and worked hard. We got my moving van unloaded in one hour and they spent the next hour helping me get my furniture unwrapped and put together. They then went one step further and followed me to drop off the moving van & car tow dolly then brought me back home. Not only do I recommend them, I will absolutely use them again.
