Irving and his crew from Right Way Moving were absolutely fantastic! They showed up on time (and with an extra guy - which was a huge bonus!) and prepared. They were polite, kind, and in good spirits the entire time, which is saying A LOT considering that they were dealing with a fifth floor walk up on one of the most humid days of the summer. They were careful with all of my belongings (and when I mentioned that one of my pieces was an heirloom from my grandma they took extra care) and even helped me to bring down miscellaneous trash. I would absolutely recommend these gentlemen to anyone who needs moving labor help in the Philadelphia area. They even got the job done in less time than expected. Absolutely fantastic.

These movers arrived on-time but were completely inept when it came to wrapping furniture prior to loading (maybe this need was not clear). They made clear mistakes like placing the wood furniture on the concrete without protection while wrapping. You don't have to be a professional wrapper to not do these simple things. They also moved very, very slowly and took several personal calls and breaks throughout. In a nutshell, it took 8 hours to load a 3 bedroom home with 3 adults helping to wrap and load and 75% boxes already in the garage. This was a nightmare that costs us an extra $1500 dollars in labor and transportation fees. Highly regretful experience. All efforts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful and unresponsive.

Both of the guys were fantastic. Called to say they were running a little late which was no problem. Brought a hand truck with them to facilitate their work. Worked at a great pace but with care towards my property. Would recommend them to others. I would use them again if I had need and was still in the area.

Irvin is a helper I'd hire and recommend again. He was on time and worked professionally. He and his helper started assessing and planning their moves the minute they arrived. These guys came to work and we're respectful good people. They were organized and knew what they were doing.
