They were very professional and strategic and so efficient and very friendly I was absolutely convinced my belongings would not all fit in the storage pod and there was PLENTY of room and they did it on time !!

1) the HaH system does not tell you you need to buy blankets and straps
2) the HaH system does not say the price provided is a budget number and hat if he 6 hours are exceeded you will be paying a loaded extra time rate.
3) the team arrived a little late.
4) they got busy very soon after arrival. We had pre-packed everything, maybe 60 boxes, leaving only the furniture and garden related pieces.
5) after about 2 hours the team leader retired to his car for the next 2.5 hours and was not fully engaged for another half hour.
6) the other 2 helpers cheerfully got on with loading in the meantime.
7) several breaks were taken. I should have timed them to ensure I was charged the correct work hours. For a team of 3, the $180 normal time rate is $3 per minute and more for extra time. It is worthwhile monitoring the time worked.
8) we unload today and will find out how good the packing was.
9) the team did have to transport everything about - 120ft from the house, down the narrow driveway, to the trailer.
10) would I use them again? Probably, but only with strict supervision and time recording, and knowing that I am their boss while on site.
We arrived on site at 11:30am, right in the middle of your scheduled service window (11am-12pm).
We were scheduled to provide 6 hours of service but agreed to provide additional time in order to ensure your ABF trailer was completely loaded according to your deadline. We were on site for 11 hours, took a full 1 hour break for lunch, and you were only charged 9 hours of service. By my math you were given an entire hour of free service.
It was a long walk down your steep drive to the trailer. As always, we powered through and got the job completed without complaints.
It is worth mentioning that we accommodated multiple reschedule requests in order to help you meet your deadline for the trailer pickup.

We’re very pleased with Brice, Kyle and Brandon from Two Bothers Relocation. We’ve just moved to town and needed help unloading 2 PODS. We selected Two Brothers based on reviews. When they arrived they went right to work and worked hard the entire time. They were pleasant, respectful and fun to work with - like 3 nephews showing up to lend a hand. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We reach out via phone, email, and text to introduce ourselves and verify job details. We will work with you closely to ensure your relocation needs are met, and ultimately make your move as stress free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will contact you with our time of arrival once we are en route. We will arrive in uniform, with dollies, straps, and hand tools. Face masks and gloves are always available during covid-19. We will ask for a walkthrough to establish a plan in order to clarify your needs and execute a flawless move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed service for: -Long distance moves as far as Mesa Arizona, Florida, New York -Local Residential homes including packing/unpacking , loading/unloading , in home swaps , truck swaps -Special items such as gun safes, upright pianos, pool tables, antique China hutch, arcade machines, small engines, motorcycles, ride on mowers etc. -Loading pods and semi trailers to maximize efficiency and save our customers money.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We utilize our personal storage unit to train our helpers. We then allow ride alongs, gradually working our way up until the individual is skilled enough to handle a customer's belongings.
