I was so thankful when Derek could fit us in on a Saturday morning. We hired the crew for 3 hours to fill a pod. The guys (2 young men) showed up relatively on time, but that is about where the positive ends. The two men smelled of cannabis and were back and forth on their phones the whole 3 hours. Furthermore, one of the guys was smoking a cigarette and threw is his butt on our driveway with a toddler and a newborn in the vicinity. There were long stretches throughout the morning where the two would just stand around waiting for us to tell them what to load in to the pod (even though the garage was filled with things that had to be loaded). Furthermore, they clearly had no idea how to fill a POD because things were not filled to the top or remotely organized...they basically just haphazardly put stuff in the POD. Long story short, we had to ENTIRELY unload the POD and reload the POD to make everything fit. It was pretty embarrassing a huge WASTE of money. I can not speak for the rest of the men that work for this company, but these two were not the creme of the crop.

Over 2 hours late but called to let me know, juat didn't realize they'd be that late. Dropped things, including a very light antique dresser piece that had small drawers, breaking pieces off, one can't be opened now. Set a cream colored sofa on it's end on damp ground staining the whole end. Just a real lack of care, though they were fast. I was so exhausted & glad to get the move done, and they were nice enough people, so no sense in getting angry with them, but I would not recommend.

I chose Majic Mover LLC to help me with the unload at my destination point. Because of delays at my starting point, I was nearly 2 hours late getting to the destination point and it was getting late. I didn’t arrive until almost 6:30 PM. Many crews would have moved on. Not this one. They stayed and were waiting for me when I arrived. Of course, there was a charge for the wait hours - as there should have been! I was just so grateful not to have to find another crew or wait until the next day. They never stopped until the truck was unloaded and made sure everything was where I wanted it before they left! They were AWESOME!!

From the moment moment I booked they were fabulous at communicating! I was called, received text confirmations etc! Not annoying, just professional and clear ! The two gentlemen who arrived couldn’t have been getter- professional in their introduction of themselves, loading and so very CHEERFUL! These 2 had some heavy awkward items and it didn’t ruffle them one bit!
My daughter-in-law’s mother is going to hire them after witnessing this process!

Shariff (please excuse spelling if incorrect) and Eddie were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, worked hard and asked questions to keep things moving. We would highly recommend them for any move that you have to do.

Did not care for items. Slid things down stairs on their tops instead of carrying them. Chunks of doorways missing, chunks of drywall missing, front door completely scratched up. This is our 4th move in 6 years and the worst set of movers we have ever used.

We start off with a call, to make sure you're ready for us to come to your home and also to let you know that we're in route to your location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should make sure you have enough blankets "moving blankets" to cover your furniture, it's always best you have more than enough, then not enough. Straps, tie downs and have all your belongings packed and ready to go this will allow your move to go faster and smoother and cost you less money and when we arrive just sit back have a cup of coffee or a beverage of your choice and watch us make it vanish like majic.
