They were 40 minutes late. When they started they worked hard but took a lot of cigarette breaks. The job was less than 2 hours so I was surprised they needed all the breaks. It's hard labor and we did tip them cause it was hard work but bein late wasn't good. Suppose to arrive. Ethernet 11-12 got there 12:40

They were on time but not dressed for the job. Flip flops for shoes and no gloves. One person mostly sat in the car. After a couple of hours properly trained movers came and did a very good job. Even stayed longer to make sure the move was done. With these movers I would definitely use them again.

Due to a recent hurricane in the region the movers were 90 minutes late but they called several times to update us on their arrival time. Once they arrived they worked quickly and did an excellent job of loading our belongings. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. We would use them again and would recommend their work.

Policies
Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
