They were not on time. They were scheduled to be there between 7am - 8 am. They didn't show until after 10am. They said they had to drop their child off at daycare.
We asked for help loading AND packing, and they didn't really help with the packing. They tried to put heavy exercise weight equipment in the bottom of our chest freezer! We caught them and made them change it. The placed a marble countertop (made for a special cabinet that we were taking with us) on top of a dresser mirror - which had been tossed in laying flat. Thank goodness it didn't get broken. (Not sure how). Dining room chairs were situated in such a way that they rubbed against each other, with no padding. They also place exercise weights inside a garage cabinet and broke the drawers. Handles were knocked of things because of inadequate padding. We bought plastic mattress protectors and instead of covering them before they loaded them, they dragged them out of the house, onto the dirty trailer floor and then put them on. Now we have permanent scuff marks on our nice mattresses. We had ratchet straps that were to be used to hold the load in place. They had no idea how to use them, and even after being shown and insisting they be used, they didn't and just used the straps as tie ropes. Things don't stay in place like they should that way and we had rub marks on lots of stuff. They had a condescending attitude whenever we questioned anything they were doing that we didn't agree with. I could go on and on. We were furious when we opened the trailer at our new place. Couldn't believe what we saw. Even the un-loaders were astonished at how poor a job of loading had been done. We cannot recommend them to anyone for moving.

The men at My Guys Moving Company were great! They went above and beyond and got the job done! Especially to my standards!! They were on time. Their professionalism and strategies were remarkable. We moved from a very large house to a smaller home and it was difficult getting our large furniture into our new smaller home. Rashaad, Mark & Walter made all our furniture fit! They even moved items around to help me see where things would look the best. I would definitely use their services again!
