I could not recommend Fuse movers enough. They did a fantastic job. After two other moving companies cancelled on us last minute they came through for us in a pinch. We reserved them the day before our move, showed up with an extra mover no charge and did a very professional job moving our things and loaded the truck efficiently. Price is good and they're reliable. I've moved almost a dozen times in my life and I totally recommend these guys.

They were 3 hours late. Since they were the first step in the move process, everything else had to be pushed back. I was very disappointed. We were so late finishing the move that I was too exhausted to go in to work the next day. Their tardiness cost me a day's pay. When I mentioned that I should get a discount in the fee because they were disorganized and 3 hours late, he would not discount and charged me the full amount. At the very least, They Should Reimburse Me for MY lost wages. They damaged my furniture. I hope I can repair it. I would not use them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
