They were 10 min late on a Sat morning. Not bad I guess. They did not have any tape or plastic wrap to attach the blankets we had bought. They did get the heavy stuff out but banged a couple closet doors/walls. No damage. They were very nice and friendly.

Three guys came to unload the 3 PODS. They worked very fast but were very careful. They followed our instructions about where things went. Most of the boxes were labeled so that part was easy enough. They were very careful with a few antique items and heavy furniture.
I definitely would use them again and have already recommended to some friends that are moving.

They appeared completely inexperienced. The only good thing I can say is they showed up on time. Our truck was so poorly packed (I have pictures from when it was being unloaded) that we couldn't get it all on the truck. I'm having to fly back to Springfield from Austin, rent another truck, load it myself with what remains and drive it all the was back to Round Rock Tx. The worse part is that we had major scratches, damages, dings on many of our items. Dining room table, bed headboard, file cabinet, dressers and many other items beat up. Many items weren't even covered with a Uhaul blanket. We have many pictures. I plan to call in the next couple of days to discuss some kind of compensation for this horrible experience.

These two workers were awesome. They were careful, asked where to put things, and never took a break. They also called and checked in ahead of time to make sure everything was in order and they were prepared. It was a huge help and we really appreciate them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
