They both were about 10 to 15 minutes early. They were both very professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable in the loading and packing of the truck. It was very easy and comfortable to sit back, take it easy and let them do what they needed to do. The final test will be how it rides and if everything is in tact when we get to the end of the move. I am confident all will be good. This was the first time I have ever paid someone to load my furniture and belongings so didn't know what that would be like. It turned out to be a very good experience. We also have two guys lined up to unload our belongings. I hope never to move again but if we do I definitely will contact HireaHelper. They have been great by helping to line up workers at both ends, giving me phone numbers for contacts at both ends, sending me emails to remind me of the dates and times for each event. This has and is the best way to go. I am 65 years old and have moved around 25 times in my years but this is the second best movie with the best being paid by my employer where the moving company was paid to pack our stuff, load the contents move it and unload it.

It was a hot and humid day. Instead of two workers, three showed up on time and another a short while later. They worked steadily for the three hours I had hired them for the same fee. We had a split level home so stairs had to be used for almost 2/3 of the furniture. It became obvious that I way underestimated the time and effort it would take two men as, due to having to stack and organize, it requires a lot more time to load a truck than to unload one. The heat inside the truck became almost intolerable, almost too much for the one man doing the organizing and a lot of the stacking. He had to take some small breaks but didn't quit. Even so, at the end of the three hours and awesome dedication, he collapsed on the floor and laid there while another worker got him some water.
At our destination, aside from a few minor scratches, everything arrived in good condition, nothing was broken. I pray I never have to move again but if I did, I would not hesitate using Fuse Movers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for help.

They were about 15 mins late. But once they were here they did a super job!!

The guys worked hard during the loading and unloading process. They were friendly, but my only complaints revolve around the manner in which they packed my items. I ended up with several parts of my antique cabinet broken and instead of them telling us about the broken items, I found the parts in a clothing bag. I found other items scratched or cracked or broken and they didn’t tell us. They worked for 7 hours and it was hard work, but they were trying to rush so much, they were careless with our things. During the entire process, 1 guy repeatedly stopped and sat down; really sweaty by the way, on our furniture to talk. As nice as he was, I really hated that. I would still hire them again because they were hard working and dedicated to the job, but i would specify expectations prior to placing my reservation.

I moved cross country using 2 ABF ReloCubes. I definitely needed help unpacking because the parking available for my apartment is across the street. The movers movers were professional and helpful. They brought some equipment as well - dollies and such. One negative - my reservation was for an arrival time of between 9 and 10. The movers called morning of and said it would be between 9:30 and 10. By the time the movers finally arrived at 10:20, my brother, a friend, and I had already unloaded almost an entire box. Ths movers helped for the second hour that we worked, but it would have been nice to have them there for the entire time I had booked. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Fuse movers did not bring a single tool much less a moving dolly as requested. The movers have my refrigerator stuck in the front door damaging it as well as the door frame and front porch. They were to come back and try to move it into the garage the next day though never showed. They also broke a mirror. They all are forged my signature on an invoice in order to get paid. He called and cussed me out after making my claim with hire a helper.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials.
