It was a rough start in scheduling but the crew was absolutely amazing getting my move done in record time . The biggest issue was being charged a cancellation fee that I had no control over . I understand the owner is running a business and it costs money , but I also believe in customer satisfaction and every situation is not the same but this was my biggest concern with the company.

They were on time, did the job quickly and packed EVERYTHING heavy ON TOP of my flat screen television. It is smashed to smithereens and they only compensated me 200 for a TV that was over 300 new and was less than a year old. NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!

It was really hot and there were many heavy boxes and two flights of stairs, and they handled it well and never complained or refused to do anything. They were timely, a half an hour early, which was appreciated. They did stop for a few cigarette breaks, but they did so outside, so it wasn't an issue. There were only a few minor knicks in my furniture and they put everything where I asked them to, which was very helpful.

They did show up in the timeframe. They only had a dolly no tools. I hired them, because my husband hurt his back and has a lifting restriction of 25lbs. I noted everything to be moved in the description for them. My husband even had the washer, dryer, and refrigerator disconnected ready to go for them. They had no tools to do anything. The frig doors had to come off to get out the house. My brother in had to run to the store to get the tools needed as we had already moved most of the belongs out the house. My husband had to help them get the frig out of the house, loaded into the truck, unloaded off the truck and into his house. The guys had no clue what they were doing. Probably not their fault, the fault of management I’m sure. I paid way too much for them to not have what they need to do the job. What if I was a single older woman who did not have anyone to assist them. And my husband SHOULD NOT of had to help. That’s why I hired them!! Professional movers they were not!

The helpers I had were on time and very nice and polite. They worked hard and tirelessly. I live in an apartment without an elevator. It was very hot also. They got the job done without any problems. I would highly recommend them. 5 stars from me.

Quinton and Nick were amazing. Super efficient and very helpful. I hit every snag I could on this move and even though we ran into some issues with my storage unit they took it in stride and both them and their boss worked with me to accommodate any problems.
I would highly recommend them!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
