The team showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They were patient with maneuvering furniture to get to the pieces that I wanted moved. They were very polite and worked very hard. They loaded the furniture in a manner that would get the most in the truck without damaging anything. I would definitely use them again if I needed to hire a helper.

I was charged for two hours of work but the movers were here for only 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was satisfied with the movers but I am disappointed with the 2 hour minimum.

Jeremy and the guys were great, and made what could have been a very stressful day go much easier. All of them were courteous and polite. The job was done in less time than we estimated, and we could get on to rearranging the furniture while the sun was still up. I would highly recommend Soprano Moving Co.

These two fella's were Great! They were on time, had needed equipment to move the heavy pieces when the rental truck did not have a hand dollie. They did not smoke or smell like they smoked .... They did go over the 2 hrs. But this should be expected on any Unloading Job... it's much harder than the pick up/ loading of a truck... because they don't know where you want certain furniture to go... Expect the "hey lady where you want this" L.O.L. They even helped me go get something to eat at a near-by fast food after they were finished... as I only had the 26 foot rental truck to drive, l.o.l. This was my first experience with moving like this, and I'll never! use the more traditional movers again, they are all Rip Off's in my opinion.. as I have been ripped off BIG TIME by a more traditional moving Co. they actually used packing paper to wrap can goods!! @ my cost!! Packing my things myself ! is the way to go... My whole cost of moving using Hire A-Helper on both loading & unloading was under $1,000 including cost of rental truck for a 450 mile rnd. trip

Soprano moving did an amazing job would highly recommend them. Made a reservation the day before our move and they were quick to respond. Sent texts to update us on the estimated arrival. Arrive on time. Did I great job moving and loading large, heavy furniture. Loaded the truck with skill. Overall friendly and respectful.
