This was a GREAT TEAM!
The coordination between myself and Alex (Team Supervisor), Khalil and Amir was OUTSTANDING.
They arrived as scheduled, assess what I needed done and the job was completed from start to finish.
They were respectful, responsible and customer friendly to my family and myself.
The H & M Movers company was well represented by these (3) individuals.
I would like very much to hire the same (3) team members on a future move.
As a matter of fact if they are available for 6/4/22 which is a Saturday I will be giving you a call.

They showed up prior to the due time of arrival. Very polite and respectful of us as individual, and our property, they did a GREAT job. Loaded everything to the max of the space, and I still have space left which was 1 of my concerns. I would definitely recommend them to use. Great packer's. Good men.

Hector and team where fantastic. They carefully manage to pack two 16 feet containers from a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We had worries we where not able to to fit everything but the team carefully disassemble tables, furniture peace’, desks, even platform bed to ensure max storage capacity.

A phone call to introduce ourselves and familiarize them with a plan for moving day. Go over specific needs that they may have for their move, and discuss any expectations they may have from the moving crew or for their personal belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
What types of moves have you handled?
residential, in house, office, long distance, within the TRI State area, (PA, NJ, DEL.)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
What training do you provide your crew members?
Safety First! How to lift, carry, assemble/disassemble furniture, how to communicate with the customer during the moving process, most importantly that the customers needs and complete satisfaction of our services is our TOP PRIORITY
