Hector and his 2 associates arrived on time, enthusiastic and ready to begin to work. They were organized and worked hard for 2 full hours. They communicated clearly and placed all boxes and furniture precisely as requested. Hector was very observant and attentive, pointing out items that were improperly packed by another crew. He immediately took photos of all damaged items, and pointed them out to me before removing them from the moving container. The crew from H&M were completely professional, polite and extremely efficient. I was so impressed that I have rehired them to unload the next shipping container that we are expecting next month. 5STARS +++

A phone call to introduce ourselves and familiarize them with a plan for moving day. Go over specific needs that they may have for their move, and discuss any expectations they may have from the moving crew or for their personal belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
What types of moves have you handled?
residential, in house, office, long distance, within the TRI State area, (PA, NJ, DEL.)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
What training do you provide your crew members?
Safety First! How to lift, carry, assemble/disassemble furniture, how to communicate with the customer during the moving process, most importantly that the customers needs and complete satisfaction of our services is our TOP PRIORITY
