I can't say enough about Baby Huey's movers, they were on time never stop for a moment, they were carefull with my furniture and they were carefull with my just built home, not a nick or scratch anywhere. And when it comes to there dispatching the company is first rate,I had a schedule change because Pods couldn't get my second Pod delivered on time, Kathy from Baby Huey front office worked with me and was able to schedule the same crew for the next day and split there time between the two days. I would highly recommend this moving company.

When movers arrived, the first thing one did was ask to use my only bathroom.. he was in there for over 20 min. The other guy apologized several times.. then after coming out of the bathroom, he stayed on the phone off and on for over 30 min total time. The other guy commented that I brought more items to the POD than the other guy. They improperly packed an ornate writing desk by standing it on it's end where the legs curve out. So when it was taken out of the POD, one of the legs was broken off and the other on that end was very scratched. I filed a complaint and had no response so called. Was told they would call me later that day. No call so I called the next day and was yelled at and hung up on twice by the OWNER of the company!!! I should have checked YELP reviews before booking, even though they were on the HireAHelper list. I saw on the YELP reviews so many other cases similar to mine. Rude, ignorant owner who has refused to pay any $$ for the desk that is now unusable. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!

We have a 23 feet reserved in a 28 feet trailer... all of our stuffs packed, boxed, and wrapped ready to go... all they needed was move the stuffs to the trailer but at the end of 3rd hours ( original only scheduled for 2 hours for 2 men), only half of the stuffs were moved and had to stopped cuz the entired 28 feet trailer filled up... cut the story short.. next day my husband and his friends had to rearranged the whole truck and was able to have our entired house moved to the truck and only used 23 feet as we original reserved with some extra spaces. So in my own opinion, this two guys i had were not useful at all but wasting money and times.

Mover's response:
The customer made it clear. She only wanted the heavy furniture in the container. I told her if we do that and do not take boxes and smaller items we can not stack it the proper way and it will take up room doing so.Moving day the movers loaded exactly what the customer wanted. She thought we could load the entire 2000 sq ft house with all the contents in 2hrs and was mad that it didn't happen. We accomplished moving the heavy items into the trailer just not loading the whole house in 2hrs

The two guys that showed up did a very good job, and even though there were 4 stops involved in the entire move, they never groused even once. We had them for almost the entire day, and worked them hard (moving into a 3-story home!), and when they left, they said they were going to go move a grand piano! So, extra points for "pressing on!"

Very courteous and very careful with my belongings. They were intentional and took their time with the larger, heavier items. They were able to manipulate a very large amount of heavy furniture into a 16' Pack Rat pod. But felt like each piece of furniture was wrapped and protected well.

Chuck and Ethan showed up early (despite traffic). After a quick but thorough review of the work to be done, they set to work, and didn't stop till they were done -- three hours. They kept me informed of every decision they made regards to the arrangement and the packing/padding/etc. of the items being loaded. They were friendly, clean and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our move was in 2 parts. Two guys loaded us one day and were on time and worked very hard. The next day two other guys came to unload us. All four guys were hardworking and were careful with our furniture and boxes. I would use them again.

The two guys that came were Charles and Chuck. Charles was polite and did a good job. Chuck was having to let us know he was the senior guy. Chuck hooked up the washer and dryer, when we used the washer a few days later the drain line was not fastened and dumped about 15 gallons of water in the utility room and the kitchen, what a mess. Chuck also felt the need to give my daughter a business card with his personal cell number. Pretty un-professional, considering my grandkids were there, and my son-in-law wasn't. So in all Charles was good, Chuck was a loser.

Mover's response:
We apologize that your not satisfied with how the move went. Chuck only tightened the hot and cold water hoses. The drain was still attached to the washer during the unload.
We always advise customer to run a small cycle and check the water before leaving it unattended in case any adjustments need to be made. As far as the business card, he does our onsite quotes. So the number he put on the card is actually a company phone not personal. He had no intentions other then advertising. Sorry again.
