Hired them and were an hour late. When they arrived, they worked out great, efficient and with care. We concluded the work for the day and scheduled a time to come back and complete the job. At the scheduled time, no one showed up. I sent 8 texts and at least 4 phone calls....no response. So I ended up finishing the work and then hired two people to help me with the heavy stuff. Due to the no-show, I was not able to complete the job in a timely manner and ended up missing my flight. There is no excuse for whatever the reason for not contacting me during the day, as there were two guys from their company that worked with me earlier. Someone from within the company could have called me earlier in the day to let me know they could not honor the scheduled time giving me time to find another crew. Very disappointing! RC

The guys were very late however they did an outstanding job. They really worked hard to make up for being late and went above and beyond to help us get all our things moved into our new apartment. I would recommend the guys but would caution customers to be flexible with their time. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We were stood up by movers we had previously scheduled on our own. In desperate need of help we called Hire a Helper. Above and Beyond Movers came to our rescue at a moments notice. On time? Not really, but they communicated with us. Prepared for the job? Yes, but they should use more safety gear (straps, belts, etc.); Work hard? YES, very hard! Were respectful? Yes; would I use them again? Yes. Team did a great job and were very polite at our house.
