I used O’Shae & Sons for a household move; specifically to load a 53’ trailer. The company was able to work with me on short notice during prime moving season, and were flexible as we had multiple changes to our moving schedule. The team was on time and courteous. They were prepared and worked very hard right out the gate with high energy. Unfortunately, the truck that was contracted separately was not on time. The team used the time well to stage the boxes and furniture to facilitate a quick load when the truck did arrive. I was not pleased with the way the truck was loaded. I had numerous moving blankets which went unused. Instead, they put furniture in the trailer braced with boxes. Several pieces of furniture were left completely uncovered and had rub damage. I’d use this company again, but I will be more directive in how I want the truck loaded in the future.

First asked if he could arrive early, and then arrived 30 minutes late. The person I was working with ended up having someone else do the job at the last minute and consequently did not bring the hand truck I had requested with the order. The movers slammed into light fixture in the hallway of the building which I will have to pay for and they did a poor job putting together a couple of simple chairs.

I paid for two movers for two hours. They sent four for no extra charge and completely unpacked me in one hour. They were about half an hour late from my reservation time, but kept me constantly informed about where they were. They worked hard and I would definitely use them again.

They asked if they could arrive a little early, which work for us. And they were finished faster than we expected. So overall we were completely unloaded earlier than expected which was a big help. Would highly recommend.
