I am used to furniture being wrapped with blankets for my moves to ensure that damage doesn't occur. Once I mentioned that I preferred this, they very quickly accommodated my request, but was surprised they weren't automatically doing this. I needed two of my TV's packed up. I had an original box for one and purchased a box for the other. They didn't seem familiar with packing up TV's as they struggled putting one TV in the original box and weren't going to use teh padding for the other box. My brother and I re-did the packing of one TV to ensure the padding was around the TV to keep it secure. Also - my TV stands for my flat screen TV's didn't make it into their boxes so I had to put them in separate boxes myself. Very nice people, but didn't seem as experienced as I would have hoped.
Glad to see the 3 stars coming from only your televisions not being put in a box to your satisfaction. It’s not necessary to always put televisions in boxes, we are very experienced in packing items securely. Simply using a blanket or sheet and placing the television between mattresses can even be a more secure way of packing a television then taking time to box it up.

The only negative comment I might have is that they were two hours late but, they were coming out of Houston on a Friday night and I have been in that traffic before - it's crazy. They made up for being late by doing a wonderful job. They were very personable, informative, and willing to move my belongings to the exact spot I needed them to be. They were very careful with my belongings and extremely sensitive to all of my directions and concerns. I enjoyed talking with them during the two hours we spent together. I would highly recommend this company!

This is a family owned business, with owners who are very conscientious in their service. We hired them to unload a moving cube and take to a second floor apartment. We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
