Service was for 2 hours. Much before 2 hours were up, their move "completed". I needed time to thoroughly check if anything was left behind. The supervisor insisted that his crew would leave immediately because they had to "go to another job". After I could make no headway with the supervisor, I had to call their office reminding them that I had their crew for 2 hours and there was still a lot of time left. The work was completed eventually.
