The guys were very helpful, courteous, and on task. My only criticism is that when I called to schedule"Hire-A- Helper", I specifically asked if they would dismantle specific items like beds, washer/dryer etc. and they said "Yes". I then asked if they needed anything from me and the answer was "NO". But then they showed up without the proper tools, and even went to the neighbors to see if they could borrow some. That was very disappointing and discouraging. I will use "Hire-A-Helper" again, just not that crew.
