Efficient and got the piano moved quickly and, if needed, I would use you again. But they did arrive almost a FULL HOUR BEHIND PLANNED SCHEDULE. We did get a phone call after waiting over 30 minutes, saying that they were 20 minutes out. The key problem was WE had no way to see if they were on the way.
The guys arrived on time and were very helpful and very polite. They worked extremely hard and unloaded both pods in less than 2 hours. You should be proud to have employees that care about the people they are helping. Thanks again
