These guys were great! Showed up on time, they were very polite and busted their butts for the time we had them! 2 hour job only took them 1 1/2 hours , very satisfied in what was accomplished! I would select these guys again any day!

Nothing more than OK, they worked hard -- so I'd prefer a 2.5 star option. I had ordered two guys, but three showed up, so not sure what that was about ( gave all three a tip). Wasn't exactly happy about how they packed the truck, as heavy box items were put on top of delicate/light boxes. I had specifically asked for them to bring rope, which they didn't. And they requested use of my bungie cords to keep items in place (something never recommended by pro movers). They didn't wrap all my items with cellophane as I had hoped and asked during the actual moving. After the move, it was clear some of the items in the truck shifted, including causing a dresser drawer front to be ripped off, and both of my headboards to be damaged, one severely. I'm not even sure I want to use HireAHelper again, as their inventory thing was annoying (it had to be done online and when you disconnect services and packed up your computer at your home during the move, having to do the inventory on your smartphone was extremely slow and inconvenient). Therefore, the two headboards were not specifically listed on the inventory...I also found it annoying/stupid that I had to reenter the same **** inventory list on the movers on the other side of the move who unloaded the truck. There was no way for me to 'connect' the two moving companies on HireAHelper to the same inventory.

The movers were an hour and a half late, putting me off schedule and having to start unloading myself. They helped themselves to drinks out of my fridge, and my family offered them one cookie a piece as a snack, before they left, they had the nerve to ask for more and then helped themselves to a handful. Unprofessional and greedy! Once they actually moved the furniture they did it within an hour and I requested some of the money back because of the fact that they were late and the fact that they weren't needed for the two hours. I would recommend someone other than turbo movers next time!
