My pod arrived at 7:30 and I had made arrangements with Turbo movers to start unloading first thing. I tried calling them at 8 but no answer. They called at 9:30 to say they would arrive at 10:30. I was very concerned about the late start. However, they were very hardworking and efficient so we finished in 2 hours, well before my scheduled pick up time. I wIsh they came earlier but they more than made up for the late start. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

The two young men who helped me by off loading a 16 foot truck were both polite and hardworking. Additionally, I booked. Saturday afternoon for Sunday and they came through for me. Lastly, it was pouring down rain and the men were forced to wait out the rain and work in between periods of relentless downpours. Note, they did not charge me for the time they were at the house, but for the actual time they worked.
Nothing was broken or damanged and everything handle with care.

This is the 2nd time I have used Turbo Movers. When I made my 2nd reservation I requested the same 2 movers I had previously. They were awesome and are very hard workers, very nice and professional. Very happy customer!!

I specifically asked if they were capable of packing a upack truck that needs to be packed 9' high and tightly so that the small load can be safely and efficiently shipped in a larger truck as part of a much larger shipment. Turbo movers assured me that they were familur with this. It is clear to me now that they are not proficient with packing this type of shipment. My belongings were loosely packed taking up more space than required. This cost me an additional $260. More importantly, since the items were not tightly packed or addiquitly protected, the entire shipment shifted and my bed, both or
F my dressers and a table were all badly damaged. I would not reccomended these guys. Very dissapointed.

David & Chris did a great job! They were careful with my boxes & furniture. Friendly guys and were nice enough to arrange my furniture where I wanted it. They worked hard and I would use them again. They were 1hr late, but called to let me know and their work ethic & efficiency made up for it.
