The guys did a good job. My bill was not ‘cheap’. With the understanding that tipping is awesome, however everyone’s situation is different. Please advise workers not to ask for a tip and then call to remind the customer about tipping. Just keep it moving. This just be explain to your workers prior to taking the job. Never appear ‘desperate’. If they are truly disappointed with the work, move on.

Typical. Come late. Leave early, blame it on scheduling. Pleasant enough and worked hard for the one hour and 20 minutes of 2 hour contract. I got what I needed done well enough and just cut them loose instead of listening to how the schedule was messed up. It was hot and I didn't want to listen to it for another 40 minutes.

I am very pleased with the help I got from Protouch Movers. Both Junior and Ron arrived a little early with great attitude. They brought the dolly and went right to work. They completed the job on time. Everything was great as far as I am concerned. I will definitely use them again!

Great job efficiently packing our POD. Hire a Helper had overbooked them and they gave me plenty of notice that morning that they would be running behind schedule and constantly kept me updated with the ETA. I would use them again.
