The movers were excellent they stuck around until the rain let up and finished unloading our truck quickly in under 2 hours.

This took ALLLLLLLLLLL DAYYYY ! What should’ve taken a few hours ended up being a full daytime nightmare. Two people showed up 20’ min late only to fight and scream at each other in the parking lot and fight over who had to carry things up the stairs and who did more or whatever! Granted it was hell hot outside, and it was a 3rd floor unload. It was embarrassing.
Then finally the owner and another worker showed up, which I appreciated, but then the first two guys left. Several pieces od furniture are damaged and was told that’s the way they got it out od the POD, but the marks are more from a dolly than damage from the transport of the POD. When I was going out after they left, I walked down to see a dozen or so water bottles in the second floor foyer, trash left on the sidewalk and broken hangers left on the ground. So to have had to pay for an additional four hours on top of the 2 I originally agreed to us not cool. I’m highly disappointed and extremely frustrated with my move. I know now and all my people do too.
When we opened the pod it was stuff every where loose items and clothes that were not packed and also broken furniture that came out of the pod before you even touched it.

Junior, Ricky, Gerald did an amazing job. They were on time, efficient, and respectful to my home and belongings. They finished loading the Uhaul in half the time I paid for. I highly recommend them!

Chris and Dominic did a great job. Even though PODS was late the guys had a great attitude and got the POD unloaded once they arrived for the job.

One of the workers arrived a few minutes early and worked diligently the entire time he was here without a break. His coworker allegedly had car trouble and we were told he would be 20 or 30 minutes late. An hour later after the worker had called his office for help he was told another helper would be here in a few minutes. Approximately 2 1/2 hours after the first worker arrived his helper showed up. He worked for about 30 minutes and they were finished. I was told this was not an isolated situation. Fortunately the first worker was conscientious and did the work of two. It immediately started raining as the last box was unloaded.

I seeked out the services of Hire Helper to unload a U haul truck for my fiancé because I’m stationed overseas. I believe the movers took advantage of my fiancé because she was a woman and she was alone without a male present. I hired the services for two hours to unload a U haul truck. My fiancé felt the movers purposely worked slowly to offload the truck which cause my fiancé to pay additional money because it was going to take longer than the two hours booked. My fiancé had to may a run to the ATM to get cash that took all of 10 mins. After returning with the money the movers were done unloading the truck in 10 mins. They totally took advantage of my fiancé and the situation I will not be using this service ever again
