So you do know it’s recorded when we arrived and when the job was finished, arrived and called you at 11:18 to let you know we are outside and payment was ran 1:23pm, but if leaving a false review makes you feel better then have at it. What really went on is you book us for 2 hours to unload a fully loaded front to back top to bottom 27ft truck in a 2 story 5 bedroom house with basement, Anybody could see that was not gonna work, I explain this to you and your response was lets just get what we can get in the 2 hours. We bust our tales as you watched until the last 20 mins when you seen the back of the truck was still full, given that you only booked 2 men for 2 hours to unload a 27ft truck we STILL made it to the back of the truck and got MORE then half your job done, if we had another hour to give it would have been completed. Your job was easily 4-5 hours and we did the majority of it in 2. I did take a lot of pictures. Your truck was pack with stuff thrown everywhere , no blankets or protection. Agin I made sure to take pictures of the truck BEFORE we started, as we made our way to the back , and after we finished our time. I made sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING I seen coming off your truck with nicks and dents and scratches. Like the printer that was randomly thrown in with metal chairs Piled on top of it. When I bought that to your attention your response was it’s just cosmetics but I was concern so I made sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING I seen damage. You had a TON of miscellaneous items scatters and thrown around , how much of that can you carry with 2 hands? We didn’t load your truck or drive it , just unloaded. So are we responsible for damages your unprofessional movers caused By throwing your things in and not protecting it properly? Or the Damages the driver cause who drove your truck there and cause even more damage to your belongings? Also are we suppose to run on and off the truck with oversized loaded dressers and furniture? It takes 2 to carry heavy or oversized items. We Could not use a dolly inside because of the wood floors so everything had to be carried in, going upstairs or down in the basement. If you wanted more things coming off the truck at one time booking more men would help. We move with a sense of urgency but also to be careful not to damage walls or furniture or fall and potentially hurt and damage ourselves. Moving takes time done properly so please don’t leave false reviews and try to slander us as it only makes yourself look bad honestly. As far as the scheduled goes we give enough time to get to and from jobs, so just because you don’t book enough time for your movers are we suppose to just forget about the next job? Our reviews speak for themselves. Everyone deserves for their movers to be on time , just like we were for YOUR job, next time don’t short yourself and book the hours you need . God bless

You really didn’t understand that your move was more then 2 hours Because you lived on the 4th floor and we had to Utilize the elevator to then walk across the street to the truck ,and just like you said you didnt understand that on our profile it states that there is no guarantee that the guys can stay after the book time , you again try to make it seem that its our fault when we tried to explain that we were going to grab the heavy and big items and load them and unload those so you won’t be stuck with anything oversized to move , your husband and son decide to help because you wanted everything loaded and unloaded, we bust our TALES to get your move completed as there were also a walk up the stairs to unload your belongs, moving takes time and it is necessary to book enough hours ESPECIALLY if you have an elevator that is already far from the apartment door you must wait to go up and down which takes time also everyone in the building are also using.
