None of our movers are miserable just work safe and protect ourselves from issues. You freezer was oversized going down a set of bad basement steps. The waiver must be sign on potential damages because the fridge was to big for the stairs l. You refused and your husband and friends took it down and made a HUGE GOUGE in the side of the fridge ?? Reason we sign waivers. You book 2 hours for a fully packed 26ft truck. Was trying to inform you will not be able to empty this entire truck into your basement, house, garage and attic space in that time so the 4 guys you had sitting around decided to help. Good decision. Between the 4 guys, my 2 movers and the 2 young men the truck got done. Your husband left the guys 40 each as a tip because he understood exactly the task at hand. You ( the one just pointing the finger) was the one that didn’t seem to understand the task everyone had before them. Tell your husband thanks for being a real worker and understanding what was going on and the guys appreciate the tip. Have a good day.

Been doing this for some time so I won’t make this long, moveing your things in the snow and ice. Having to walk three the grass and mud and snow TO get to the truck that was parked in an ally behind your house left us no choice but to track snow in, even if we had shoe protection or not you missing the point WE HAVE TO WALK THREW SMOW MUD AND ICE JUST TO LOAD YOUR TRUCK! NO OTHER WAY! We told you that if the bed was assembly in the room when purchasing it should be taken apart before trying to fit it down a narrow hallway. You all didn’t want to do that as you made it clear that you only had 2 hours you could pay for, plus it was dark , late at night again snowing and rain and mud everywhere. You all Begged us to try without wasting time take it apart , we told you the risk and you said it was fine. That’s where I made the mistake, listening to a desperate customer who don’t care about anything but getting a job done cheaply with little regard for the old property or our safety and health. Next time you should plan a little better, and most importantly book enough time to get your move done safely without rushing the movers to do a 4 hour job in under 2 hours just so you can save some money. I won’t let that happen again as if you run out of time and DONT want to book the correct time to get your move done safe and efficient then That’s just what it is. The only error made was you all’s planning to move at 9 o clock at night in the middle of a snow storm!
