Let me start by saying, this should have been a 5 star review.
We were moving about 3-1/2 hours away, so we hired Mo Pack n Move to help us move a 10'x15' storage unit in Olathe, into a U-Haul truck on a Friday afternoon. They showed up within the scheduled arrival window, were professional, worked hard and did a great job.
Our unit was on the 3rd floor and in order to enter the facility, or to use the elevator, a code is needed. I knew that someone ended up stuck on the 1st floor, but what I did not know at the time was that a cart full of our belongings was left behind.
Imagine our surprise when the storage facility manager contacted us Monday to see if we had left anything behind on the 1st floor. After driving back to the facility on Tuesday, sure enough, there were 8 boxes and some baskets with kids toys that belong to us. Hopefully, we are not missing anything else.

The Difference in the service we got in CO loading vs unloading in KS was night and day! Perfect job!!!!! My stress level with this move was thru the roof but thanks to your help it ended on a fantastic note!!!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers can expect to be contacted as soon as we receive their booking, helping us to be and stay organized regarding their specific move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On Moving day, Customers can expect us to contact them first thing in the morning, usually 30 mins prior to your move to inform you of our ETA
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should be boxed up and ready to go, if not we would want to help you get finished so we can plan accordingly for what is going into your truck/box/pod.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, and a few long distance moves, where we only drove the truck.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to help the customers have a fast, stress free, and save move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide wrap training, dolly training, straps training, and training on customer service and how to handle customers.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
