The full crew arrived just barely within the arrival window. This created a slow start. Both crew members worked hard and carefully. They did an excellent job. It took longer to move our furnishing that we anticipated. That was my error not the fault of the crew. Everything had to come down the elevator from the 4th floor. We kept the crew an extra hour. We would have kept them longer but they had another work commitment and could not stay longer. I should have asked for a longer window of time in the beginning. We would have allowed us to finish with less hurrying in the end.

MO Pack n Move was awesome. Miranda and crew arrived on time with all the equipment they needed. They took care to protect my belongings better than I had. They were efficient and well-organized. I am grateful to MO Pack n Move for making my day so much less stressful. If/when the time comes, I will hire them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers can expect to be contacted as soon as we receive their booking, helping us to be and stay organized regarding their specific move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On Moving day, Customers can expect us to contact them first thing in the morning, usually 30 mins prior to your move to inform you of our ETA
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should be boxed up and ready to go, if not we would want to help you get finished so we can plan accordingly for what is going into your truck/box/pod.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, and a few long distance moves, where we only drove the truck.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to help the customers have a fast, stress free, and save move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide wrap training, dolly training, straps training, and training on customer service and how to handle customers.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
