I can't begin to say how disgusted I am with one of the movers. I recently moved from Topeka. 2 young men came out, and later a third. Two of the men where nice and respectful. The third man however kept rolling his eyes and telling me that I had to much stuff. Excuse me? I'm not paying you for your opinion. I had taken the drawers out of my dresser, thinking he would load up the dresser and place the drawers back in..no. instead, for some reason, he threw the drawers on top of everything. I also had little boxes that I thought that he would place in the bookshelves to make more room..no...he threw them all over the place too. I had so many damaged pieces of furniture (9 in all). Then the scam came in. I received numerous voicemail, texts and email stating that I owed 500.00 more as they were there for 8 hours. Really? I lived in a small 3 bedroom house that took about 3 hours total. One of the voicemails stated that they would take the extra money from my Escrow. Again, really? This had zero to do with Escrow. Obviously a scam. I hope no one who cares about their belongings ever uses this company. No value for people's things and no integrity.
While we take full responsibility for any inconvenience caused, there were a few inaccuracies in your review that we’d like to address. The job took a total of 8 hours—3 hours to load, 3 hours to unload, plus a 2-hour drive. We’ve been attempting to reach you regarding the remaining payment but have yet to receive a response. Labeling this as a "scam" is unfair, as we’ve made every effort to resolve the matter professionally.
Additionally, you mentioned that the truck wasn’t packed properly. However, we follow a strict packing standard and take three photos as proof, all of which were shared with you during the job. The items were organized, and we’re happy to resend the images for your reference.
We kindly ask that you contact us so we can collect the outstanding payment. Leaving a negative review after a week of unanswered calls feels disingenuous, especially since we’ve been trying to resolve this amicably. As a small business, our reputation means everything to us, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

Even though I had purchased two relocubes, they were adamant about trying to fit everything in one. While I really found them to be very professional and courteous with my move, I had some issues. They did not load the furniture right, which caused two of my more expensive pieces of furniture to become damaged beyond repair which led me to have to file a claim. They are not a bad company, but the two movers I had did not seem very experienced in loading relocubes.

There were problems with scheduling and the original team were not available which made the job completed very late in the day. The team that picked up the job was very good and no fault of their own that the job was completed so late

When a customer books with us, they can expect a range of services that will make their moving process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. A personal move manager is assigned to you. They will be your main form of contact from start to finish of your project. On the day of the move, we will arrive at your home with a team of professional movers and all the necessary equipment and supplies to pack and move your belongings safely and efficiently.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Declutter: Take the time to go through your belongings and get rid of items you no longer need or want. Donate, sell or discard unwanted items to reduce the amount of stuff you need to move. Pack Early: Begin packing non-essential items as early as possible. This can include items you rarely use, such as seasonal clothing or decorative items.
