The Packers/movers were very professional and kind. They arrived on schedule, did a quick walk through with me and got busy. I have not unpacked yet so I can’t give them a final review. Everything the did up to this point has been to my utmost satisfaction.
They arrived on time and did a nice job. They loaded our moving truck and did a good job making sure everything was tied down and stacked well. When we unloaded the van, our movers told us that they were impressed with the way it was packed. We would recommend them.
Crew arrived promptly, immediately began working in a professional and respectful manner to our belongings. Quiet, courteous and methodical. I would recommend them to anyone in the Bluegrass area without any concerns that they would in any way differently. A pleasure to work with!
They were finished in about an hour. I suggest that Hire A Helper offer a two hour service and only charge for 2 hours. Maybe add a fair rate for travel if it is over 30 miles. Having to pay for 4 hours when I knew it would only take about an hour means I won't be using your company again.
Arrived right on time. Communication before the move was excellent. Very careful to not damage the wood flooring and walls when moving. Did not waste anytime to get the move completed. I will use them again for my next move.

These two guys did an amazing job! We had some very heavy pieces of furniture that had to go up a flight of stairs and they made it look easy! Could never have emptied that UHaul without them. They were polite, friendly and professional—would definitely use them again.
These guys work great as a team, are master packers, easy to be with, and do a great job. They were careful and made sure they had something under their feet when bringing things into the house. I highly recommend them for a seamless move.
Wonderful movers! Greg and his team were professional, friendly, and respectful of my items when helping my unload a storage pod. There were some things I didn’t pack effectively, which made their job a lot more difficult, but they were patient and found a solution. Would definitely hire them again.
