The 2 guys that helped me move seemed great until they dropped my dresser and then lied about it. I understand that accidents happen but the fact that they tried to hide it was awful. More like con men. I heard something drop, I was downstairs by my Pod & my Aunt & Uncle were upstairs in the apartment. One guy (Matt I think his name was) came downstairs & said they almost dropped my dresser but he caught it & there was no damage. The same guy (Matt) when asked what the huge bang was outside told my Aunt & Uncle "must be your noisy neighbors" Matt said he would help put together the mirror on my dresser, when I walked in my room where they placed the dresser, I saw all of the damage. The entire side scraped, 3 drawers crushed & a corner smushed in. Matt tried running a line saying "that must have happened in the pod" I said you told me you dropped it but there was no damage. My uncle asked what they do & Matt said "we have insurance" & gave me an email address. They then hurried out, not even helping put my mirror together. I was very disappointed. Far from professional, a liar & con man!

they had a no show man, and had to get a replacement. lost two hours before they could start. threw my whole day into mess. the guys that did the work made my experience a lot better, they worked very hard to make up for the lost of time. thanks to them everything turned out good.

Overall pleased . They didn't use a dolly as I requested and carried every box separately. They claimed it was faster than stacking a dolly and going up 3 steps into the house . Three of the young men were GREAT workers. One was trying his best to pick up one tiny thing ex: a throw pillow . I had to stay on him to push for more work . The other guys were terrific and didn't disappoint in any way . They were on time and I would def use them again ????????

Chance and Matt started out gang-busters thinking they'd be done in 2-1/2 hours, but my estimated 5 hours was much closer to reality. Toward the end fatigue was setting in and attention to where I wanted some things became less and I do have a lot of things in different places than I wanted them. At the end, however, they came back to help with one more thing and any short comings simply melted away. Matt, in particular was a very willing and hard worker. I would definitely use your service again.

Their previous move ran late, but I was notified with plenty of time to adjust the rest of my day. They worked quickly, and put up with the fact that it was a long walk between my apartment and the POD. Would definitely hire again, had I not moved out of state!

Matt and Michael did an awesome job. Loaded everything in the 2 hour time span and did it so everything fit. They worked the entire time yet were friendly and efficient at the same time. We would highly recommend the service. Let the young men do the lifting and moving and save your back. Well worth the price which we felt was very reasonable. Thank you "Big Boys"!

Both workers worked hard the entire time they were here. They took extra care with my furniture, being sure everything was wrapped & protected before it was loaded. I had scheduled them for 3 hours but they were finished in 1 hour & 45 minutes. I would recommend these two guys to anyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect to receive a text confirming the date and time of the job. Through this communication they can also add any additional information that might be helpful such as: heavy items, long walks, specialty items, parking arrangements, etc.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will be on-site within the arrival window given. They will then do a walkthrough of the premises in order to strategize best practices for your individual relocation. They will then go over paperwork and begin the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Any prep the customer does on their end will quicken the move saving the movers time and, in effect, the customer money. Prep may include: breaking down beds, emptying drawers, clearing a walkway throughout the house, etc. Of course if these things are not done before hand, the workers will willingly do them when they arrive.
What types of moves have you handled?
After so many years in the industry there is nothing we haven't seen. We've done something so small as moving a couple of pieces of furniture to another room to relocating five thousand pound printing presses across town. We've relocated customers from California to Maine and everywhere in between. We can provide packing materials, packing services, loading services, transportation, unloading services, and unpacking services. In short there's nothing we can't do in this industry.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The bet part of the job is seeing the relief in the customers' faces when they see that they don't have to move anything or stress about someone else moving their possessions. it always makes me smile when they visibly relax. Moving doesn't have to be stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
The onboarding process for our movers is extensive. Probably the part I like the best about our company is that 100% of our workers are referrals from workers we already have. That means the guys we hire are already vetted by our own employees who would never want to work with someone unreliable or lazy. In fact when we interview a person we already know what kind of work ethic and character he or she has after talking to the person that referred the potential worker. Our workers are as good as it gets.
