I spoke to the Sam the scheduler to make a change in our start time to avoid the forecasted 118 degrees for our moving day. Regrettably the scheduler had the correct made the change for the number of movers requested but failed to change the start time for 10 AM to 7:00 AM. After speaking to Sam at approximately 8 AM on moving day he contacted the movers to see if they were available to start the move. They were and contacted me that they were on the way. Once Angle and his assistant arrive, they were very courteous and immediately started to work. They did and excellent job of loading the van. In particular the amount of attention to securing the heavy and valuable pieces was impressive. Once the van was loaded and we arrived and our new location, they quickly unloaded the van with as much care as they did while loading. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a good, solid, efficient and courteous mover.

Outstanding job by the two gentlemen that showed up from AZ Big Boy Movers. They were on time and started to work immediately and did an excellent job of packing the truck. My second time to use AZ Big Boys and I would highly recommend them again!

GREAT fellows! Hired 4 but only 3 showed up. Hired them for 4 hours due to heat but the 3 guys got it done in 1 1/2 hours. Minor sweat marks on some suede furniture but the pastic ripped so I don't call that their fault. All in all, they were friendly, polite and focused and with no reservations, I will be calling them again for the next move!

The guys were great!! Even though it was 114* heat, they smiled and never complained. They were fast, efficient and careful with all my items. They arrived early and worked so quickly that they even finished early. I would definitely recommend this moving service and would use them again!! My thanks to Sam the owner also, for scheduling me at the last minute when my other movers could not be contacted!!
